Innovia Grant video report from the Coeur d'Alene Symphony Orchestra and Music4Life® (FY2025)
Your generous donations help us provide DIY tools, events and programs to high-risk communities who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and grief that may result in injurious behaviors to self and others.
Every contribution counts, no matter the size!

Imagine a world where mental health across all dimensions is prioritized, and all communities—especially high-risk,
are empowered with life-changing music habits.
We do this by advancing mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and behavioral well-being through innovative music therapy-informed events, programs and DIY tools that inspire healing, learning and research.

The Music4Life® Foundation was officially established on January 16, 2025, in honor of Helen Howarth, a beloved friend of Founder Judith Pinkerton, LPMT, MT-BC. The Foundation’s inception, coinciding with Helen’s passing in Anchorage, Alaska, reflects a deeper calling to advance healing through music. Judith’s decades of nonprofit leadership and music therapy expertise laid the groundwork for a unique mission-driven organization positioned to address the growing mental health crisis.

The Music4Life® Foundation responds to the increasing demand for accessible, holistic mental health solutions—particularly among high-risk communities. Recognizing the limitations faced by certified music therapists in scaling impact, Music4Life® Founder Judith Pinkerton developed digitized, self-guided, music therapy-informed programs for mental health providers (certified/licensed. health/medical professionals, educators, caregivers and musicians) and their clients, patients, students and loved ones.
These solutions are proven to support treatment outcomes, including measurable effects on medication usage (Pinkerton, 2024). Programs are offered online and on demand, including the Emotional Profile Quiz on the Key2MEE.com music app, which will evolve into customized prescriptive playlists for emotion regulation (v2.0 2026).

We believe in helping others and making a positive impact on the world. Learn more about our national brand, charitable outreach and how you can get involved today!
